The 3-star Résidence Suite-Home de Briançon Serre-Chevalier is located at the crossroads of the Grands Cols Mythiques des Hautes Alpes, 500 metres from the city centre, 800 metres from the ski lifts of the Serre-Chevalier ski area and only 12 kilometres from Italy.
The city of Briançon is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Fortified by the French military architect VAUBAN in the 18th century, it has many places of interest, including the collegiate church, the Place d'Armes and its two gunpowder magazines, the Fort des Salettes, the Pont d’Asfeld (a bridge that is a technical and aesthetic work of art), the Fort des Trois Têtes (key fortification of the Briançon defensive system), the Fort Dauphin (advance sentinel of the chain of fortifications), the Fort du Randouillet and more.

In summer, the area offers many activities for your pleasure. Hiking, rafting, canyoning, climbing, horse riding, tobogganing, go-karting, mountain biking and cycling are all available nearby.
In winter, 250 kilometres of ski slopes in the Serre-Chevalier domain are accessible just 800 metres from the hotel. A ski bus shuttle service near the hotel serves the entire valley every 20 minutes from 08:30 to 20:00. Alpine skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, ice karting, DévalBob, snowmobile riding, sledging, horse riding and dog sledding await you.
By car: From Grenoble via the RD1091, from Marseille via the N94
From Lyon: A480 towards Grenoble, exit N85 towards Briançon, then N91, pass the Col du Lautaret. Arrive at Serre Chevalier.
From Turin: A32 towards Turin. Take the Sestrière, Cesana, Claviere, Sauze d'Oulx exit. Follow in the direction of Montginivro / Francia. Pass the Col du Montgenèvre and follow the directions for Briançon / Serre Chevalier.
For your convenience, a large free public car park is situated in front of the hotel.
By train: The railway station is 1.5 kilometres from the hotel. Municipal buses or shuttles are available.
